Our Sales Conditions
Our prices include service taxes, but they don’t include the city tax (€ 1,50 per night and per adult over 16) and the drinks.
Bookings are only considered firm if accompanied by a deposit equivalent to 40% minimum of the total amount. Deposits can only be deducted at the end of the agreement provided the latter has been fully respected. In case of early departure or postponed arrival, the amount of the initial stay will be charged.
Cancellation policy:
* More than 45 days before arrival : refund of deposit less € 50 handling fee
* Between 30 and 45 before arrival : 50% refund of deposit less € 50 handling fee
* Less than 30 days before arrival the deposit will be retained in full.
* No-show: If the deposit paid does not cover the costs of the first night, the supplement will be charged the day after the no-show.
For 3€ par day, you may subscribe, with CIGNA INSURANCE, a cancellation insurance. This has to be done imperative when booking. The form is available upon request.
Arrival and departure :
The rooms are available from 2 pm and must be vacated for 11 am on the day of your departure. For arrivals after 10 pm, please contact us before 8 pm at the latest.
Disbursements : All amounts disbursed to your account (ski, taxi, airport transfers, massage, etc. ..) and paid by credit card will be increased by 2%
